New entrepreneur of the decade
Nelly Davtyan from Armenia was selected as the EYE “new entrepreneur of the decade”. In 2016, Nelly put together a team of experienced IT developers and founded ‘IT Solution’, a company for mobile and web-based applications. After her exchange in Malta in 2018, Nelly has managed to turn her small start-up into a sustainable growing IT business with help of the EYE programme and her host entrepreneur. She aspires to encourage more young women from small countries to run their own business and believe in themselves to become successful.
Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not simpler.
The profound impact of this project was underscored in 2019 when Nelly Davtyan earned a well-deserved nomination, ultimately winning the Social Impact Award. This recognition underscores the project's significance in driving positive change and inclusivity.
